Unauthorized PUBG Mobile Charges on My Phone Bill

Without my knowledge or consent, I was charged twice on my phone bill for PUBG Mobile purchases, totaling ₺1650. I received a message from Turk Telekom about the transaction, but I never approved or authorized it.
When I contacted customer service, they were completely unhelpful and provided no solution. I requested a refund, but they failed to assist me.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will take legal action and file a complaint with the prosecutor’s office. PUBG Mobile and Turk Telekom, I demand my money back now! Stop charging customers for unauthorized transactions!
