PUBG Mobile Unauthorized Purchase - Mobile Operator Billing Refund!

I am writing regarding unauthorized purchases made in PUBG Mobile via mobile operator invoicing on my Android device, an OPPO A15s. On 01/12/2025 at around 15:03, I noticed charges related to PUBG Mobile, even though I do not have an account in the game and did not make any purchases. After seeing these charges, I contacted my mobile operator to report that the purchases were unauthorized. Despite this, the situation has not been resolved and the charges remain associated with my mobile line, although there is no visible buyer information or account belonging to me in the game. I request a full refund of all unauthorized PUBG Mobile purchases made via my mobile operator billing and the cancellation of all related in-game items or benefits. In addition, I ask for my mobile number and device to be secured so that similar unauthorized purchases cannot be made in the future without my explicit consent.
