I Face PUBG Mobile Fraudulent Charges Through Google Play and Lidio
On September 26, 2025, two unauthorized transactions were made using my Garanti Bank credit card (last four digits: 3100). In addition, there was another unauthorized charge from the Apple Store, which I was able to cancel after contacting Apple Customer Support immediately.
However, two payments labeled “LIDIO/Google PUBG Mobile” — one for ₺190 and another for ₺380 — were processed and posted to my credit card account, totaling ₺570. These transactions were made without my knowledge or consent.
As soon as I noticed the charges, I contacted Garanti Bank’s customer service and filed a dispute. I was informed that the case is “under review” and that the process could take up to 20 days. Still, I am requesting that my unauthorized charges be refunded as soon as possible and that my financial loss be fully compensated.
I also expect Garanti Bank and Google Play to take the necessary security measures to prevent similar incidents in the future and to ensure that such unauthorized access never happens again.
