PUBG Not Sending Email Verification Code

I play PUBG on an Android phone (Rhythm 13), and I have been unable to receive the email verification code since February 17, 2026. Because the code does not arrive in my email inbox, I cannot complete the verification process and access my account properly. Previously, I registered for a coverage check once and received the verification email, but that email had already expired, so I could not use the code in time. Since then, no new verification code has been delivered to my email address, even though I have tried again. I kindly request that my account be checked and that the email verification issue be resolved, or that another way be provided so I can verify and access my PUBG account again.
