I've been using my PUBG Mobile account for 6 years, but since my tablet was reset, I'm unable to receive the verification code sent to the email address linked to my account. It has been about two weeks, and I still haven't received the code. This is incredibly frustrating, and I just need someone to resolve this issue by triggering the code to be sent. It’s such a simple fix, just the press of a button!
PUBG Mobile support, please assist with sending the verification code to my registered email so I can regain access to my account. I’ve invested years into this game, and I don’t want to lose my progress over such a minor issue. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
