PUBG Mobile Hasn’t Sent My Account Verification Code for 2 Weeks After Reset

I’ve been playing PUBG Mobile for about 6 years, and ever since my tablet got reset, I can’t seem to get the verification code sent to the email tied to my account. It's been around two weeks, and I still haven't been able to sort this out. I really hope someone can help get this moving faster since it’s just about sending a code. I'm unable to get into my account without it, and it's been really frustrating not hearing back. It seems like a minor problem, but here I am, just waiting for something that should be simple to fix. I just want to log back into my account and keep playing.
