PUBG Mobile Wrongfully Banned My Level 72 Account

I have been playing on my PUBG account since 2013 and it is my main game ID. About 21 days ago, when I tried to log in, I saw that my account had been banned for 10 years. The ban message appeared suddenly and I had not done anything against the rules. Before this, I had let a friend access my account, and I believe my account may have been hacked or misused by someone else. This account has my PUBG ID 5713736253 and the profile name DJMKR, level 72, with many achievements and items. I have spent real money on this account by buying UC and various in‑game items, and it is very valuable to me in terms of both time and money. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly investigated, the wrongful 10‑year ban be removed, and my original PUBG ID with all its progress and purchases be fully restored. If someone else has misused my account, I ask that you secure it and return access to me as the real owner.
