I played PUBG Mobile 5-6 years ago and recently decided to return to the game, but when I tried to log in, I discovered that my account was permanently banned for 10 years without any valid reason.

My account was also accessed by a friend who had my password, and they logged in multiple times before I did. As soon as I tried to enter, my account was banned instantly. I did not cheat or violate any rules, and I believe this was an unfair ban caused by multiple login attempts.

PUBG Mobile support, I request a full review of my account! Please investigate this issue and restore my account as soon as possible. I want to continue playing, and this ban was completely unjustified!
