I Report Permanent Ban On My PUBG Account Despite No Personal Misconduct

I purchased my PUBG account with the game ID 5323***918 and have been playing since 2022 without any issues. However, on 30October2025 at12:24,my account was suddenly banned for10years. I was shocked to see such a ban because I have never used any cheats, mods, or unauthorized add-ons during my gameplay.

Upon further investigation, I learned from a friend that someone else logged into my account and played games without my knowledge. Reviewing the recent matches, it appears that this unauthorized person might have used cheats or unauthorized configurations. I want to emphasize that this was done without my consent and I bear no responsibility for their actions.

For the past6years, I have played fairly without a single misconduct report or rank demotion. I demand a detailed investigation into my account history. All ranked and unranked matches, along with the unauthorized rewards and stats gained during this unauthorized access, should be deleted, and my account should be reinstated immediately.

I also request full transparency on this issue. Please provide me with the match video or logs indicating the use of third-party software, which the system identified as a thermal scope or other cheat. I have no idea whose device was used or who is responsible for this violation.

Please restore my 6 years of effort and remove the ban on my account. I expect a detailed investigation and a resolution within14days.
