I am a PUBG Mobile player, and I am experiencing an issue updating the contact information on my account with the in-game name “RįAįZįEĮR.” I want to correct and change the email address and phone number linked to my account from within the game, but the system does not allow me to do so. On January 2, I attempted to update my email and phone number and then contacted PUBG Mobile support regarding this problem. I was informed that all account information would be updated within 10 days; however, I have not received any update or confirmation, and my account details still remain unchanged. I request that the email address and phone number associated with my PUBG Mobile account be updated as soon as possible to the following information: email address kilincserkan***@gmail.com and phone number 05522733***. I also kindly request clear information about when this update will be completed and when I will receive confirmation.
