PUBG Mobile Account Hacked, Email Changed, and Support Ignored My Requests

My PUBG Mobile account (Pubgmobile.com) was hacked, and the email associated with the account was changed. Despite having my social media accounts still linked to the account, I cannot regain access.

I contacted PUBG Mobile support and provided answers to all their questions, along with necessary documents like payment receipts. However, no one has taken any meaningful action to resolve the issue.

As a loyal player, this lack of support is extremely frustrating. I expect PUBG Mobile to take immediate action to recover my account and ensure better security for its users. Ignoring such issues damages trust in the platform. Please resolve this matter promptly and restore access to my account.
