I’m locked out of my PUBG Mobile account (ID 5152*****92) because the phone number linked to it is no longer active. I emailed support about not receiving the verification code, but got no reply. Since my old number is disconnected, I can’t remove or change it in the account settings. This is causing serious problems—I cannot log in at all. I’ve also encountered device mismatch errors when trying to recover the account. My email is still active and I provided it during a previous account theft report.
