Unauthorized Mobile Payment Charges by PUBG

I was shocked to find out that PUBG had charged my credit card without my permission for in-game purchases. I didn't make these mobile payments, and I'd like to get my money back for them. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get in touch with PUBG's customer service. I haven't been able to get in touch with a person, and the customer service options haven't helped. The fact that PUBG charged me without my permission has caused me a lot of stress and sadness. I want to make it clear that I have not given permission for any mobile payment charges, so these charges are not valid.
