I’m truly appalled and frustrated by the situation with my PUBG Mobile account. The account identified as M******* E*** A**** has made unauthorized in-game purchases using my bank card. I was completely unaware of these transactions, and I want to emphasize that I did not give my consent for any of them. I'm really disappointed that my card information was handled like this. I am seeking a complete refund for the unauthorized charges and insist that the account in question be permanently removed. I still haven't heard back, and it's really adding to my frustration. I expect to be contacted via email promptly, or I will have to consider legal action. Rest assured, that account will definitely be taken down.
