I am a PUBG Mobile player from New Zealand, and my account has been hacked. I play on an iPad, and after the hack, the email address linked to my PUBG Mobile account was changed without my permission. As a result, I can no longer access or control my account even though I still know my in‑game ID. I have not yet been able to reach PUBG Mobile support about this issue. I kindly request that my hacked account be recovered and fully returned to me, with the unauthorized email change reversed and my access restored. I am ready to provide my in‑game ID and any other information I still have in order to verify ownership and secure the account.
