Help Me Recover My PUBG Account

I am writing regarding my PUBG Mobile account on Android, which has been banned. My in‑game account ID is 5602141410. In 2021, I noticed that I could no longer access my account because it had been banned, and I later understood that my account had been hacked and used by an unknown person, which led to this ban. I do not know who used my account or what exactly they did to cause the violation. I have already contacted PUBG support about this issue and explained that my account was hacked and that the actions leading to the ban were not carried out by me. However, my problem has still not been resolved, and I remain unable to use the account that I invested time and effort into. I kindly request that my account be fully unbanned and my access restored, and that the situation be re‑investigated considering that the account was hacked and misused by someone else. I would like my account to be returned to me so that I can continue playing normally.
