I am experiencing an ongoing issue with UC purchases on PUBG Mobile. Every time I attempt to buy UC, the transaction fails and an error message appears during the purchase process. This prevents me from completing the payment and accessing the in-game currency.
In addition to the payment problem, I have also been asked to fill out a form to resolve the issue. However, I have been unable to locate this form anywhere. Without access to the correct form, I cannot proceed with the support process, which has left me stuck in a loop without a solution.
