I Lost Access to My PUBG Mobile Account After the Seller Recovered It

I purchased a PUBG Mobile account from a seller on ItemSatış using approximately $71 from my ItemSatış account balance. After successfully receiving the account, I used it without any issues for several months. However, approximately five to six months after the purchase, the seller recovered the account, and I lost access to it two days ago.
Despite repeatedly contacting the seller through the platform, I have received no response whatsoever. The account recovery appears to have been carried out by the original seller, leaving me unable to access either the account I paid for or the funds I spent on it.
As a buyer, I completed the transaction in good faith through ItemSatış and expected protection against situations such as account recovery by the seller after the sale. Unfortunately, I am now left without both the purchased account and the money I paid, while the seller remains unresponsive.
I request that ItemSatış intervene in this matter and either ensure that the account is permanently restored and secured under my ownership or refund the approximately $71 I paid for the account. I would like this issue to be resolved promptly and fairly so that my financial loss and inconvenience can be remedied.
