I recently sold my PUBG Mobile account, thinking everything would go smoothly. I handed over my account credentials to the buyer, but immediately after that, my phone was reset remotely, and I lost all access to the account. Even worse, the payment of ₺42,000 that I was promised is still on hold, and I haven’t received a single lira.

It’s been two days, and every time I try to contact support, I get vague replies like “We’ll handle it.” They’ve even reached out via WhatsApp asking for personal information, but there has been no actual help or resolution. I trusted this process in good faith, but now I feel completely scammed—no account, no money.

PUBG support, where are you? Why is no one stepping in to help or secure this transaction? I’m asking for immediate assistance. Return my money or help me recover my account. This is unacceptable and deeply frustrating.
