Bought a PUBG Account for ₺69 – Received a Banned Account, No Refund

I purchased a random PUBG account for ₺69, but when I logged in, I discovered that the account was already banned. I immediately tried to request a refund, but I have received no response at all.

The seller is ignoring me, and the live support team is completely unresponsive. This is unacceptable! Why am I paying for a banned account that I can’t even use? If this platform is selling accounts, they should at least ensure they are active and playable.

I demand an immediate refund! Ignoring customers after taking their money is unethical. Fix this issue now and return my payment!
