Persistent Issues with Protherm Boiler Despite Extra Warranty



I purchased a Protherm boiler brand new two years ago and paid extra for an extended warranty. Unfortunately, it has been problematic from the start, requiring frequent service calls. I never know if I’ll be able to use hot water in the morning or if the radiators will work during cold winter days, as the boiler unpredictably stops working. Given these ongoing issues, I am requesting that Protherm stand behind its product and provide a replacement. The current situation is unacceptable, and I expect Protherm to take responsibility for resolving these persistent issues by ensuring a dependable solution.
