I Was Billed Again Because Pronet Delayed My Cancellation Request

Because Pronet processed my service cancellation email late, they billed me again. This is the height of immorality—and they claim to be a security company. I followed every step they outlined and sent my cancellation request on time, yet they ignored it for two whole months. They processed my cancellation letter, which I sent in December, only in February. When I called to ask for clarification, they offered no explanation or apology. They then blamed me for their own failure and threatened me with legal action. Never, ever use Pronet.
