Because Pronet processed my service cancellation email late, they billed me again. This is the height of immorality—and they claim to be a security company. I followed every step they outlined and sent my cancellation request on time, yet they ignored it for two whole months. They processed my cancellation letter, which I sent in December, only in February. When I called to ask for clarification, they offered no explanation or apology.
