Pronet Security Services offered me two months of free use of products not included in the package when I signed up for a security package. Even though we explicitly stated that we did not want these extras during installation, they were installed and were not removed after two months. To make matters worse, my bill tripled, and they even raised the prices. I requested that these extras be removed and that my bill be corrected. Instead, they sent me another inflated bill after a month. They continued to bill me even when they couldn't reach me in order to resolve this issue. To cut a long story short, I haven't paid my bills in eight months because they have refused to repair them. They disconnected my service for three months despite the fact that I was not receiving any service, but they continued to bill me. They handed over my case to O*** Law Firm yesterday. An O*** o** representative insulted and threatened me, threatening legal action if I didn't pay by 09/07/2023 at 12:00. They canceled my contract at their discretion. On top of that, they provided a broken doorbell and required me to repair the automatic door lock myself. I'm without service, facing threats, and they're stealing money from people through legal means. Aside from that, I'll file complaints with CIMER and the law firm.
We were taken to enforcement for the service we couldn't receive from Pronet, and additionally, they are issuing an invoice of 58,000 TL for devices that wouldn't even be worth 1,000 TL, which they didn't bother to uninstall and take back. The company is so cunning that they send the documents at the end of the payment day to impose enforcement or interest. This is a company that, when selling products, does everything to be charming, but as soon as things go bad, they immediately go the enforcement and court route through lawyers. I want the invoice for the equipment attached to be canceled and the devices to be uninstalled as soon as possible.
Lastly, forcing people either to pay or to have no room to maneuver by playing time games is very unethical.
