Pronet Didn't Provide Service, Asks For Extra Money, Unfair Billing

We have two accounts with Pronet alarm systems, market and canteen, and Kerrar Gda Ltd. We used a smartphone app called Pronet Plus to turn on and off alarms. One day, Pronet called and said we had to pay a separate Pronet Plus fee for each account, but we refused. After that, they stopped providing service on the mobile app. We couldn't get service for about three to four months, so we couldn't use the alarm system. We didn't use it, so we didn't pay the bills. Besides, we didn't want to pay for something we didn't get. They sent a notice asking for 53,000 for an invoice that hadn't been paid for 3 months. Then, one of their lawyers called us and said they were the executive director. They told us we had to pay 53,000 + attorney fees, and if we didn't, they would take up to 100,000 TL from us. After that, they closed the bank accounts and put out an arrest warrant for our 38 AZ 524 plate vehicle, which we used to get vegetables and other food from the market to our home. Dear Related: Because our bank accounts were frozen, we couldn't pay our promissory notes, and the protested documents gave the business community the impression that we were going out of business. The wholesalers we work with stopped doing business with us when they heard that their bank accounts were frozen and we couldn't buy products from them. Without a warrant, we can't use our car or go to the vegetable market. Our business is about to go out of business. Those who wanted us to pay more than $60,000 for a 3-month bill piled on us like thieves and made it hard for us to breathe. We kindly ask that the problem be looked into and the right steps be taken.
