Pronet Charged My Card Without Consent After Contract Cancellation

When I entered into a contract with Turkish Pronet, I never anticipated encountering these difficulties. I cancelled my agreement, yet my credit card continued to be charged for much higher amounts than I expected. The charges were excessively high, at times reaching five or six times the original fees I anticipated. What concerned me even more was that these deductions occurred without my consent or prior knowledge, leaving me in a state of confusion as I tried to understand how and why this was happening. It’s incredibly frustrating to see unauthorised withdrawals from my account, and the process of resolving this has been anything but easy. No customer deserves to experience such a lack of professionalism in managing payments and agreements.
