On July 25, I canceled my subscription through the PicsArt website. I even saved a screenshot as proof that the cancellation was successfully completed on time. However, on the very same day, ₺519.99 was withdrawn from my account without my consent.
I did not use any service after canceling, nor did I authorize this charge in any form. The subscription was terminated within the valid period, yet PicsArt still went ahead and deducted the full annual fee. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a breach of user trust.
I request an immediate full refund of ₺519.99 to my account. If cancellation confirmation exists on your end—as it does on mine—this unauthorized charge must be reversed as soon as possible. I expect PicsArt to act responsibly and resolve this issue promptly.
