I Got Charged Monthly by GetContact Without My Consent and Can’t Get a Refund

I recently discovered that GetContact charged me ₺50 for a monthly subscription I never knowingly approved. I was completely unaware that any subscription was active, and this charge came without my explicit permission. As soon as I noticed the deduction from my account, I immediately canceled the subscription and terminated the payment authorization.

Despite these steps, I still haven’t received a refund. I find it unacceptable that a company can withdraw money from someone’s account without clear consent and then refuse to return it even after cancellation. This is not only unethical but also erodes trust in the platform entirely.
