Pronet Charged My Credit Card Without My Knowledge

I was expecting my Pronet contract to conclude on December 10, but unexpectedly, they charged ₺7200 to my credit card on December 1 without any prior notice or my approval. It is completely inappropriate for any business to take funds from a credit card without the explicit consent of the cardholder. I did not have any discussions or agreements regarding a new contract, yet this charge was made without my consent. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I expect an immediate refund of the ₺7200 that was taken from my account. This situation has led to unwarranted stress and financial difficulties.
