Promova Charged Monthly After I Canceled Subscription

A few months ago, I downloaded the Promova app and purchased a monthly subscription to try it out. However, I didn’t like it and decided to cancel shortly afterward. Despite this, I recently noticed that Promova is still charging me 29.99 USD (₺) every month, even though the subscription does not appear anywhere in my Google Play or App Store account.
This is extremely frustrating because I have no way to track or cancel the recurring charges, and I feel completely helpless. I don’t understand how they’re still charging me without any visible record of an active subscription. I need clear guidance on where and how to file a formal complaint, and what legal steps I should follow to stop this unauthorized billing and get my money back.
Promova must immediately stop these recurring withdrawals and refund the money they took without consent. I also expect an explanation of why this happened and how they plan to ensure it doesn’t happen to others.
