I downloaded the Promova app after seeing an ad that claimed it could display unfamiliar English words while listening to songs. This feature was the main reason I signed up. However, after thoroughly exploring the app, I discovered that this feature doesn't exist at all. When I contacted customer support, they confirmed that the feature is not yet available. I even attached their response email as proof.
I deleted the app just a few hours after downloading it and didn’t use it at all. Despite this, Promova charged me ₺599 without any consent or actual use of the service.
This is completely unacceptable. I signed up based on a misleading advertisement, and I expect an immediate refund of the ₺599 wrongly charged to my card. If this issue isn’t resolved, I’ll escalate my complaint through every platform available.
