I signed up for Promova to try their advertised 7-day free trial. After just one hour, I realized the app wasn’t what I expected and immediately canceled my subscription. However, despite canceling right away, Promova still withdrew ₺3000 from my account without my consent.
I feel completely misled. The content in the app doesn’t match what was promoted in their ads, and I acted quickly to cancel before any payment should have been processed. Still, they went ahead and charged me anyway. This is not only unethical—it’s flat-out unacceptable.
I am demanding an immediate refund of the ₺3000 that was taken from my account. If this isn’t resolved, I will file complaints everywhere I can. This practice needs to stop.
