Promova Took Charged Without Consent After Free Trial

I started the 7-day free trial with Promova, expecting to explore the app before committing to anything. I never authorized or approved a paid subscription. Despite this, Promova automatically enrolled me in a 1-year membership and withdrew ₺3000 from my account without my knowledge or permission.

This is unacceptable. I didn’t even find the app useful and had already planned to cancel before the trial ended. Instead, they charged me for an entire year without sending a notification or asking for confirmation.

I am extremely frustrated and feel taken advantage of. I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺3000 charge. This type of automatic billing without consent is unethical and misleading. Promova must fix this urgently and stop charging users without approval.
