On October 26, 2024, I purchased a built-in stove and range hood from Profilo, specifically choosing the Profilo brand due to its reputation for quality and reliable service. However, on the delivery date, November 14, 2024, I discovered that the products delivered were not Profilo but Eminçelik branded, prompting me to refuse the delivery. Despite being promised a refund, I was later informed on November 16, 2024, that the invoice could not be canceled unless I paid the VAT amount, or I would need to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I filed a complaint on Şikayetvar on November 18, 2024, and while Profilo representatives assured me the issue would be resolved, they falsely claimed on November 28, 2024, that the transaction had been canceled through the bank. When I contacted the bank, they confirmed no cancellation request had been made. As of December 11, 2024, I have received no resolution, and this prolonged, unprofessional process has completely eroded my trust in the brand. I can no longer recommend Profilo to anyone.
