Koçtaş Faulty Barcode Issue Unresolved

On May 27, 2024, I bought a 3-piece built-in appliance set from Koçtaş. The seller, Salvani Ankastre, mentioned that the product was shipped the next day and my payment was successfully processed. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an invoice from Koçtaş, and their app's links were not working properly.
After a week had passed, I decided to reach out to the seller directly. I was told that Koçtaş had given an incorrect barcode, which caused a delay in processing the order. I asked for a cancellation, but the seller couldn't process it because they claimed the product was already on its way. I've been trying to get in touch with Koçtaş for a solution for the past 10 days, but they still haven't given me one.
