I Face 45-Hour Withdrawal Delay and Lack of Support on Bitexen

I recently submitted a withdrawal request on Bitexen, only to be told that I must wait approximately 45 hours for the transaction to be processed. I find this completely unacceptable—when I request my funds, I expect to be able to access them immediately, not after nearly two full days. This is the first time I have ever experienced such a long delay on any exchange.

I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, but the representative was unhelpful and simply stated that nothing could be done to speed up the process. This is not the level of service I expect, especially when it involves my own money.

I request that Bitexen process my withdrawal without unnecessary delays, remove these excessive waiting periods for future transactions, and ensure that customer service is empowered to actually assist users facing urgent withdrawal needs. Users must have timely access to their funds at all times.
