Prezi login code never arrives—how can I regain access?

If your Prezi login code never arrives and you want to regain access;

Check basic issues first;

• Confirm the email address is typed correctly
• Check Spam / Junk / Promotions folder
• Search your inbox for “Prezi”
• Wait at least 5–10 minutes before retrying

Request a new code properly;

• Click “Resend code” only once
• Avoid multiple rapid attempts (can trigger temporary block)
• Try logging in from:
– Different browser
– Incognito mode
– Different device

Check email-side issues;

• Make sure your mailbox isn’t full
• Add Prezi to safe sender list
• Disable email filters temporarily
• If using corporate email, ask IT if Prezi emails are blocked

If still not receiving codes;

Try password reset instead;

• Click “Forgot password”
• See if reset email arrives
