Appeal for Ban – Altering Game Code

Dear Garena Free Fire Support Team, My Free Fire account was banned on 25th September 2026 for “Altering game code.” I accept my mistake and understand that using third‑party files, panels and mods is against your rules. I have now deleted all third‑party applications, panels and modified files from my Android device, and I am only using the official Free Fire app from the Google Play Store. Since being blacklisted on 25th September, I have been playing clean and respecting the game’s fair‑play policy. The system currently shows that my ban will end on 24th October. I am from Ghana and I have spent money on my account because I really enjoy the game. I was influenced by other people to try these mods, but I know this does not justify my actions, and I am truly sorry for this violation. I have learned my lesson and I am committed to playing fairly from now on. I kindly and respectfully request you to review my account and, if possible, remove the blacklist earlier than 24th October.
