FamPay Wallet Suspended for Suspicious Activity With 164.65 Balance Locked

My FamX / FamPay Wallet account was temporarily suspended on October 18, 2026, for “suspicious activity” without any clear reason. Since the suspension, I have been unable to send money to any other account or person, and all my transactions are failing. The screen only displays messages such as “Your wallet is temporarily suspended” and “You are temporarily suspended.”

A balance of 164.65 is stuck in my wallet, and I am unable to transfer or withdraw it. I have not made any improper or illegal transactions, yet my account has been blocked without a proper explanation.

I request that my FamX / FamPay Wallet account be reviewed and unblocked as soon as possible. Please remove the suspension and immediately restore my ability to transfer or withdraw my remaining balance of 164.65. Kindly resolve this issue without further delay so I can safely access and use my money.
