I originally purchased a 16-lesson package on Preply and had completed 4 lessons with my tutor. Due to scheduling conflicts, I paused my lessons and hadn’t booked any new sessions. But when I recently logged into my account, I saw that I had been charged again—this time for 20 lessons I never purchased.

I did not authorize this payment, and the new lesson package was added without my consent. I already had lessons remaining in my original package, and even the tutor had acknowledged them—yet they were never completed. Now I’ve been billed for something I didn’t agree to, and I can’t find anyone at Preply to help me.

When I try to contact support, the site just redirects me to a generic help section, and the so-called “contact us” option leads nowhere. There's no clear email address, no live support, and no resolution.

Preply, I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge and immediate clarification about why I was billed without my approval. Give users real customer support and stop charging people for lessons they didn’t request.
