Preply erased 4 hours of my membership. I have been taking courses with an English tutor. But he decided to end the lessons because of his newborn baby. So I transferred to another tutor. But the system erased those hours so I couldn't use them. I asked Preply for payback but they refused. I was left in the lurch when my teacher had to stop teaching due to the birth of their child, I understand that but the following incidents were unexpected. They did the transfer process, I wasn't in charge either. Preply's system deleted them. I paid for them already, and now expect the system to take charge and refund those lessons or redefine them to my system.
