My spouse and I both purchased lessons on Preply. I bought a 12-lesson package, but I haven’t been able to attend a single class because the tutor kept canceling at the very last minute every time. Despite being the one who paid, I’m now left with zero completed lessons and no way to fix it.
I’ve tried to transfer the remaining lessons to my spouse’s tutor—who is reliable—or to any other tutor on the platform, but there’s no option to do so, and worse, there’s no one to talk to. Preply has left me completely stranded with no support and no way to recover what I paid for.
I feel seriously taken advantage of. Preply, I demand an immediate solution—transfer my 12 lessons to a functioning tutor or refund me. This level of service is unacceptable.
