BDGWin Deposit of ₹10,000 Missing After Paytm UPI Payment
My name is Naveen Kum**, and I am a user of BDGWin with account UID 10615158. On December 23, 2025, I deposited ₹10,000 into my BDGWin game profile using the Paytm app, but the amount has still not been credited to my BDGWin account balance.
The payment was made through UPI to the ID moyna***@ptyes, and the UPI reference number is 297262200577. The money has been successfully debited from my Paytm account, but it does not appear in my BDGWin game profile, which is causing me serious inconvenience.
My registered email address is saxenanavee***@gmail.com. I request that this missing deposit be investigated and that the ₹10,000 be credited to my BDGWin game profile (UID 10615158) as soon as possible, or alternatively refunded to my original payment method.
I also request that you clearly inform me of a specific date or time frame by which the amount will either be credited to my BDGWin account or refunded. In addition, I ask to be notified in writing at my email address regarding the results of this review.
The deposit has not been received yet. Please resolve this issue.
