During my communication with the Trip.com call center regarding the reschedule and refund, I did not receive a clear resolution. I was only told to wait, without being given a specific time frame or a transparent explanation about the status of my change and refund request, even though the ticket and hotel were already fully paid.
I am requesting that Trip.com process my refund for this booking as soon as possible and provide clear information about the current status and expected timeline of the refund.
