Mostbet Deposit of 65 USD Missing After Transactworld Payment Rejected

On March 7, 2026, at 00:38, I made a deposit to my Mostbet account (ID 254304956) on the official Mostbet website for Kazakhstan in the amount of 65 USD (original amount 32,602.96 ₸). The funds were successfully debited from my Kaspi Bank card, but they have still not been credited to my Mostbet gaming balance.
I have clear proof that the payment gateway Transactworld, which processed the payment, rejected this transaction. The transaction ID 317351011f164c45bad81dfa25391d7a in the provider’s system shows the status “REJECTED.”
At the same time, my bank confirms that the funds were successfully debited and provides the RRN code 606519092447 for the transaction. Even though the payment provider shows the status “REJECTED,” the money has not been automatically returned to my card.
For more than 72 hours, Mostbet support has been giving generic responses saying they will “check the issue,” while ignoring the screenshots and evidence I have already submitted.
I request that Mostbet urgently investigate this situation, contact their financial department, and either credit the funds to my Mostbet gaming balance or process a full refund to my Kaspi Bank card. I am attaching all supporting evidence, including the bank receipt and a screenshot from the Transactworld payment gateway, to confirm that the transaction was rejected but the funds were still deducted.
