Preply Charged My Card $92 While My Subscription Was Frozen
I had paused my Preply subscription until January 20 because I was unavailable. Despite this, on January 9, $92 USD was charged to my credit card even though my subscription was not active and the payment date had not yet arrived. Charging this amount before the billing date and while the subscription was frozen clearly constitutes an unauthorized transaction.
Although I contacted the Preply support team regarding this issue, I have not received any response so far. During this time, I have been left both financially affected and without any official explanation.
I request that Preply fully refund the $92 USD charged to my card on January 9 as soon as possible and ensure that my subscription is properly adjusted in accordance with the freeze conditions.
