The English learning app Preply charged approximately $24 USD (₺1,000) to my card without my authorization, and since then, I have not received any response from their team.
Up until that point, including during my trial lesson, they had always responded promptly to my messages. However, after the unauthorized charge, they completely stopped replying. I also received no information about the lesson or service that the payment was supposedly for.
At this point, I cannot reach anyone at Preply and feel completely ignored. I am requesting a full refund of the $24 USD that was taken without my consent.
