I Can’t Reach My Preply Teacher or Transfer My Balance—No Support or Communication
I scheduled two weekly lessons on Preply with a tutor named Kelly. We agreed on everything, but she never showed up to a single class—and worse, she didn’t even notify me or provide any explanation. She’s also completely inactive on the platform, so there’s no way for me to message her or understand what’s going on.
Naturally, I wanted to switch tutors and transfer my remaining balance to someone else, but the “transfer balance” button is disabled. I’m stuck, unable to use the credits I paid for, and I’m getting zero communication or help from Preply’s support team.
This needs to be fixed immediately. I either want my balance transferred to a reliable tutor or refunded altogether. Preply, stop ignoring your users—how many others are left hanging like this? I paid good money, and I expect the service you promised.
