Preply Fails to Issue Refund Despite Canceling Classes in Advance
I had subscriptions with two different tutors on Preply, but since my schedule was full, I canceled the lessons a week in advance. However, the app has refused to issue a refund. According to their policy, you can cancel a lesson as long as you do so 12 hours before it starts. Despite following this guideline, Preply is doing everything to avoid resolving my issue. The customer service representatives are unhelpful and do not seem to understand my concerns. If this problem isn’t resolved soon, I will escalate the matter to Consumer Rights organizations. I expect Preply to honor their refund policy and provide my money back for the canceled lessons.
