Preply Teacher Missed My First Lesson and I Am Requesting a Refund

I purchased eight lessons on Preply, and my first lesson was scheduled for Friday, September 19, 2025, at 13:30. However, the teacher named O** A** did not attend the class, which wasted all of my time. At the moment, it still shows that I have seven lessons left, but I have not taken any lesson yet. First, I request a refund of my balance. I also ask that the teacher be warned about this situation. If this happens again, I demand that my subscription be canceled immediately without any deductions and that my money be refunded.
