I ordered something shipped with PostNL but the parcel never arrived, what steps can I take?

If your PostNL parcel never arrived, first check the Track & Trace status to confirm whether it shows delivered, in transit, or delayed.

Sometimes parcels are delivered to neighbors, a pickup point, or a local postal partner, so checking the detailed tracking information may reveal where it actually went.

If the tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact the seller immediately and ask them to start a delivery investigation with PostNL.

The sender usually must open the claim because they hold the shipping contract and can request compensation or a formal parcel search.

If the parcel appears lost or stuck in transit for an unusually long time, request a refund or replacement from the retailer while the investigation is ongoing.

If the issue continues, raising it publicly on Xolvie can often trigger a faster response.
